Our Quality Guarantee

Warranty for Home Improvement Services​

1.   Coverage: This warranty covers any defects in materials and workmanship provided by Zabivay inc. for a period of 50 days from the date of completion of the project.

2.   Defects: A defect is defined as a failure of the materials or workmanship to meet the standards set forth in the contract between Zabivay Inc and the customer.

3.   Correction of Defects: Zabivay Inc agrees to correct any defects covered by this warranty at no cost to the customer, within a reasonable time after receiving written notice of the defect from the customer.

4.   Limitations: This warranty does not cover normal wear and tear, damage caused by accident, misuse, abuse, neglect, or improper maintenance, or damage caused by causes beyond the control of Zabivay Inc. This warranty is also void if the customer makes alterations to the work performed by Zabivay Inc. without the prior written consent of Zabivay Inc.

5.   Disclaimer: Zabivay Inc. makes no other warranties, express or implied, and specifically disclaims any warranty of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose.

6.   Dispute Resolution: Any disputes arising from this warranty will be resolved through arbitration in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association.

7.   Transferability: This warranty is transferable to subsequent owners of the property during the term of the warranty.
